A Genuine Care for Our Clients Passionately Pursuing Their Best Interest

Sean D. Lyttle

Las Vegas Lawyer

Sean D. Lyttle, Esq., was born in Nashville, Tennessee. His family relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana, and then later to Memphis, Tennessee, where Sean attended the prestigious Memphis University School. He stayed in Memphis for his undergraduate studies in Theater. After working as a professional actor and director in Memphis, Sean moved to Chicago, Illinois, and went on to have a successful career as an executive in the restaurant and nightclub industry, both in Chicago and back in Memphis.

After graduating from Notre Dame Law School, Sean was recruited to join the litigation group in the Las Vegas office of a mid-sized national firm, where he focused his practice primarily on the area of civil rights defense, often representing government agencies and law enforcement personnel. Since the start of his legal career, Sean has also provided pro bono representation to animal welfare and rescue groups, child victims of abuse and neglect, and Holocaust survivors navigating the reparations process.

Sean opened the doors of his own practice with a commitment and pledge to “light the way forward” for his clients by providing full-service family law, civil litigation, and estate planning representation to individuals and small businesses. Not afraid to take on the “big guys” in a negotiation or in court, Sean has earned a reputation for passion, perseverance, and professionalism. Sean’s clients consistently rave about his creativity, accessibility, and commitment to service. In court, local judges often remark on Sean’s credibility and excellent trial skills. Having run for both the Nevada Assembly and the Las Vegas City Council, Sean is also politically active and has cultivated relationships with many state and federal elected officials.

Sean and his family are active, shomer shabbos members of their orthodox synagogue and of the greater Jewish community in Southern Nevada. Sean is among the few attorneys in Nevada capable of navigating the halachic particulars that often accompany family law and estate planning matters.
